Meets all requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
Security Controls based on USER TYPE
Administrative Controls
Accessibility
System & Data Backup and Recovery
Disaster Procedures
Technical & Physical Safeguards
Contingency Provisions
Provides Legal Documentation authorizing care to be provided
Maintains the records and history of the Patient Vitals, Treatments, and Associated History
Provides access to the Integrated Treatment History
Documents Payment Requirements and Provisions
Supports Data Exchange Interfaces with Other Related Patient eHR Records and Systems
Maintains Patient Treatment History Archives (as required until patient turns 21 years old)
User Types
Based on Organizational Level, Position, and Functions,
User Menu based on User Type
Identifies the User that is signed in at that station (record integrity)
Identifies the FUNCTIONS allowed for that User Type
Provide direct links to EMERGENCY and REFERENCE information
Displays a MESSAGE BOX that appears on all stations (can be edited by any user)
